Designed for children between 2 and 5 years of age, this program promotes creativity by pairing a book with a craft.

Registration is required and will open on December 9th to children who are residents of Scotch Plains only. When registering, please use the child’s card number. Cardholders from other neighboring communities will open on December 13th.
