Desktop Magnifier:  The Freedom Scientific Topaz magnifier allows the user to adjust the brightness, background and magnification of books photos, and documents. Please ask at the Adult Services desk a for demonstration if you’re interested in using it. The assistive device was graciously donated by local resident Veronique Cordier in memory of her mother Anne Marie Nabian, a lifelong avid reader. The family hopes that it will benefit local seniors and anyone with low vision.
