In compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, the Regular
Meetings of the Scotch Plains Public Library Board of Trustees, Township of Scotch
Plains, Union County, New Jersey, shall be held in person at the Scotch Plains Public
Library, 1927 Bartle Avenue, Scotch Plains, New Jersey, at 7:00pm on the following
